Bottling Water for the Texas Heat
The Texas plant is located in Fort Worth, the heart of the metroplex 5651 Alliance Gateway Freeway, it opened the summer of 1997 under the name of Beverage Canners International.
The Texas facility services all of Texas, New Mexico, Louisiana, Arkansas, Oklahoma and along the West Coast.
Currently produces spring water from our privately owned spring site, Caney Springs located in beautiful Grapeland Texas, also producing distilled water, and drinking water using reverse osmosis process.
Currently the facility bottles company owned brands such as Natures Crystal and Glacier Clear as well as many other private label brands.
The facility is nearly 300,000 square foot and operates four blow molding machines that services six filling lines capable of producing Gallons, 3 liters, .5 liter, 1 liter, 24oz, 10oz, and 20oz bottles. Fort Worth operates about 360 days per year, 7 days per week, 24 hours per day, employing nearly 200 people.
In December 2008 the Fort Worth plant received the SQF (safe, quality, food) 2000 level 3 Certification scoring a perfect 100 establishing our commitment to produce uncompromised quality products to our customers in a safe working environment.
For two years the Texas plant has supported the Speedway Children’s Charities raising $750.00 through employee donations.
