The Source Of Earth's Perfect Water
The Chippewa Falls Plant is located in the beautiful northwoods of Wisconsin where the Chippewa Spring was discovered in 1700. The first bottle of Chippewa Spring Water was produced in 1798.
Through the years the Chippewa Falls plant has bottled carbonated water, tea, and spring water but since 1998 it has exclusively bottled spring water, distilled water, and drinking water using the reverse osmosis process.
Currently the facility bottles company owned brands such as Chippewa, Kandiyohi, Natures Crystal, and Glacier Clear plus many private label brands.
To bottle these brands the plant has two blow molding machines to create the bottles from resin pellets, two small package bottling lines, one 1 gallon/2 ½ gallon line, and a line capable of filling 3 and 5 gallon returnable bottles, 4 gallon PET bottles, 55 gallon returnable drums, and 3 and 6 gallon bag in the box.
Over 100 people are employed at the plant contributing to the economic development of the Chippewa Valley.
In October 2008 the Chippewa Falls Plant received the SQF (safe, quality, food) 2000 Certification making them the first private label bottling facility in the United States to receive such a certification. This certification solidifies the plants commitment to our customers of producing quality products and service in a safe working environment.
